Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Plyground. Every new account gets a 14-day Hobby Pro trial with no card needed, so you can print with it before you pay anything.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Plyground isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full. This applies to:
- the first payment of a Hobby Pro or Business subscription, monthly or yearly
- a Founder licence
Renewals
- Yearly plans: if a yearly plan renews and you didn't mean it to, email us within 14 days of the renewal for a full refund.
- Monthly plans: renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancelling stops future payments; your account moves to Free at the end of the paid period, and your designs stay.
Founder licences
When a Founder licence is refunded, the licence ends and the place goes back into the pool of 500.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt if you have it. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to hear how we could do better.
Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services within 14 days. This policy gives you at least that. Nothing here limits your statutory rights, including if Plyground doesn't work as described.
